In this episode, I talk with Vonn Webb, a father, mentor, and two-time state championship basketball coach that was the person that opened a door to sports that would ultimately, from my perspective, change my life.
Raised by his grandmother from a young age, Vonn saw his grandmother make a difference by taking in and raising many other children in the community. This was the foundation and example she provided Vonn that would inspire him to be more than just a basketball coach for the young men and women he led to championships on and off the court.
In this episode we talk about what winning in life really is, the process he deployed to win his first championship at Washington Union High School, and how to overcome adversity with the proper mindset.
