In today’s episode, I have the opportunity to speak with the author, speaker, and former championship coach Jim Johnson about the personal leadership lessons he learned as a high school coach that went from losing 17 consecutive games and getting fired to taking his team to 8 straight finals and winning 6 championships.
What I enjoyed most about our conversation is the story he shares about his basketball team’s manager that was on the autism spectrum he put in the game on a senior night that went on to be the teams leading scorer which led him to beat Kobe Bryant out for an ESPY award.
