Our strategic partner is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Agent to join their growing team!

They are looking for an ambitious candidate with a strong set of core values who is interested in joining their growing real estate team. In this position, you will work directly with existing clients and new prospects to better understand their individual needs and offer products and services that can help them meet and exceed their financial goals and dreams. This could include designing financial opportunities to help them purchase their first building, investment properties, or leasing opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Sell or lease commercial real estate
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
  • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
  • Educate clients on basic commercial real estate procedures
  • Verify + disclose property facts to clients
  • Learn to continually develop a network of buyers and sellers through traditional and alternative marketing and networking methods
  • Developing relationships with local real estate associations, attorneys, building contractors, other real estate agents, business owners, etc.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Previous sales experience (preferred)
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work efficiently with a team
  • Strong personal + business character
  • Coachable mindset
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written + verbal communication skills
